For my Creativity I still practice drawing faces. Yet, this time I made a small twist, because the woman I have drawn has skull instead of face. Moreover, I replaced one of her eyes with a rose in a tattoo style. Here I combined two areas of my interest, which are human faces and anatomy. This time I went into the direction of an unrealistic piece for a change.

During my winter holidays I have snowboarded a lot and practiced doing new tricks. My aim was to master grabs, including nose (at the front of the board) and tail (at the end of the board) ones. After many trials and errors I have managed to land both of the desired tricks during few last days we spent at the mountainside.

To make my creative task more diverse this time, I have taken up painting of a skateboard. Because I am quite interested in space and like to use the motive in my works, I chose the topic to be represented on the deck. Firstly, I have glued some tape on the sides, so the coloured part would be a rectangle and painted the board blue with white frames. Then I have switched the technique from acrylic to spray paint and sprayed previously prepared stencils of planets and stars on the blue background. To make the planets more interesting and unique, I made gradients and mixed colours. At the end I sprayed different colours on the board from greater distance to make small dots of paint imitating star dust.

With this game the second round of our league started. Our opponent was Liberty. Similarly to the previous time, we happened to win the game. Their line-up was incomplete on the day of the match, so the team was weakened and not at its highest possibilities. We beat them by 14 points, which is also quite a nice score. Yet, in the tables we are still behind Aces, who won also this time with Mercury and are leading the tables. But in the count of games won we are still equal.

As a part of my creativity I still do the faces drawing. Again, I focus myself on drawing people by basing my work on a photo and trying to copy not only the proportions, but also different expressions and positions. The drawings I made capture people from different angles, and therefore help mi develop more versatility in my skill and in my pieces.

This time our job was to clean and disinfect the books and games in the ward’s social room. Again, I think that firstly it is important that the books and shelves are kept sterile. Secondly I also believe that after we arrange them it is easier to find desired title or book, or game type. Although this task is a simple one, it can really help the rest of the stuff taking away some of their responsibilities.

Our next opponent here was Mercury, a team that is also undoubtedly a strong one. Similarly to our previous game, this one was not an easy one. Yet, we did manage to finally defeat them by 14 points, which is a pretty decent score. Unfortunately, when it comes to our place in the table, we dropped by one place due to the huge Aces victory with Liberty that gave them 5 points more in the outcome. Still, nothing is sealed yet, because this was only the first round and in the end what matters the most is the number of victories. In this category we are even with Aces.

Recently I have taken up practice in drawing faces. I was mostly focused on birds earlier and now I thought it is time to exercise drawing other things. This piece was drawn based on some photo, but it is not a portrait of the person, it is rather the proportions that I took from them. As usually I used a simple pencil in my drawing here.

Our task this time was to clean the ward’s social room and the parent’s kitchen. I think it is important to ensure that everything is kept clean and disinfected at a place like hospital, and therefore our work is vital and can help by shifting some responsibility on ourselves and relieve other workers.

Our second opponent in this season was Aces. This is a very strong team and therefore the game was hard to play. We ended up losing by only 6 points. This time we did not achieve victory, but it was definitely in our reach, which means that at the rematch we have chances to reform our strategy and take a better place. Besides we are still at the top of the table when it comes to points.
