I have already mentioned that I also came back to running as part of my CAS Activity. Although this time I ran for a shorter time, I also did some boxing and all the complementary exercises, so it would be a whole full training. I find it much more rewarding when I connect all the elements like that, and it also makes the training more diverse and less boring as the activities are changing. This way it is easier for me to make a full one hour workout, by using this kind of diversity.
