Action – Basketball Trainings

As we continue our trainings, we start to gain back the form and speed them up. This time we were focusing on layups. We divided ourselves into two groups of three and practiced doing two-step throws from every position and angle to the basket. Then we also switched hands or sides, so the shots could be as much diverse as possible. This type of training is to prepare us to be able to shoot the ball no matter what position to the basket we find ourselves in.
